Who do you work with?
I work with children, teens, young adults, parents, and as a Supervisor for new therapists. I provide 1-on-1 counseling and offer groups.

What issues do you work with?
When working with children I address issues such as emotional and behavioral problems, coping skills, self-esteem, and family conflict. When working with children I use play therapy and art therapy. I am trained in different types of play therapy including being certified in Synergetic Play Therapy.

In my work with teen and adult clients I focus mainly on relationship issues, depression, anxiety and fear, stress, self-esteem, and life changes.

What is your therapy approach?
My approach looks at people holistically concentrating on the interactions between thoughts, emotions, physical wellness, and spirituality. I also have experience using play therapy and expressive therapies (art and creative writing) and enjoy working in creative ways with clients when it is a good fit. Feel free to ask me more about specific types of therapies if you are interested.

Who do you Supervise?

I am currently supervising therapists working with kids and teens who are working towards licensure or would like consultation and coaching. In addition to general supervision, I am able to supervise for Play Therapy as a RPT-S and am also a Synergetic Play Therapy Supervisor.
